SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF AUBURN YOUTH CENTRE INC.

 Dear Members,

Auburn Youth Centre will be holding a SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING. All members are invited to attend.

 The Purpose of the meeting is to propose a Special Resolution to change the Constitution of the Association to reflect the new Business Name Australian Youth and Community Services.

 SPECIAL RESOLUTION

 That, in accordance with Section 10 of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW), the constitution of the association be amended by updating the name of the association from Auburn Youth Centre Incorporated to Australian Youth and Community Services Inc, and that all references to the association’s name throughout the constitution document be amended accordingly.”
