Auburn Youth Centre runs a free school holiday program for young people aged 12-21. Our program is funded by the Department of Communities and Justice and is available to young people who live in and around the Cumberland LGA. To see our program and  to book a place see below.

AYC is open Monday to Friday during the year (except Public Holidays). Over the school holidays we open from 10.30 am to 5.30pm. Young people can come to the Centre by themselves, there are trained staff to keep them safe and to help them enjoy themselves. You can come to the Centre even if you haven’t booked an activity. You can play pool, use our computers for gaming or study, use our wifi,  use the music studio and instruments, play games, use our cafe, play sport, use our street library, paint, bead, draw… There are many things to do.

Bookings are important for our activities so we can ensure that we have enough materials for everyone. If you book please attend as we outlay money in advance for transport, materials and activities. Sometimes we have too many bookings for excursions. After you book we will contact you to confirm your place on our excursion. For all other activities you

WEDNESDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER – INDOOR ROCK CLIMBING – We will open the Centre at 9.30. The Bus will leave at 10am. If you are not here at 10am we will go without you. Sorry.

We will be back at the Centre at about 2.30pm.

WEDNESDAY 4TH OCTOBER – NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING DAY  EXCURSION –The Centre will open at 10am,the bus will leave at 10.30am. If you are not here at 10.30am we will go without you. Sorry 

We will be back  at the Centre at about 3.30pm.

                 You must meet at the Centre and go with the group.
